REAL ESTATE LAW

In a new approach to the practice of notary services, ADA provides complete advice to the parties throughout the process of acquisition or disposal of real estate, among other legal transactions or acts that imply recognition, constitution, acquisition, modification, division or extinction of property rights, usufruct, use and habitation, surface rights or servitudes over real estate, adapting each act to be practiced to the needs and claims of our clients.

Starting with a first analysis of the documentation, validating and providing all the necessary documents to execute the act, through the drafting of the promissory contracts and preparation and authentication of the definitive contracts – thus consolidating the promised business – we also proceed to the settlement and collection of taxes due for the acts to be executed and the respective registrations, both in the Land Registry Offices and in the competent Tax Authority.

Based on a personalized and highly qualified service, it is possible to perform all these acts in one place: our office.
